Questions people ask
Getting started#
Where do I sign in?#
- Patients: app.thehealint.com, or the patient app on your phone.
- Staff at a clinic, hospital, pharmacy or lab: provider.thehealint.com (ProviderOS).
- Platform team: admin.thehealint.com.
I am new. Where do I sign up?#
Go to thehealint.com/signup. Patients create an account there; doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and labs register their organization, and we start them on the right type. If an administrator at your organization added you, you do not sign up: use the emailed link to set your password.
I forgot my password.#
Use the emailed link your organization or thehealint sent you to set a password again, or ask your administrator to resend your invitation. Patients can contact thehealint support.
Do I need an account to search for a doctor?#
No. You can search and browse without an account. You need one to book.
Using it#
Why does each person see different screens?#
Everyone sees only what their role needs. A receptionist sees bookings and billing, a doctor their own patients and queue, a pharmacist the orders sent to them. This protects patients and keeps each screen simple.
Why are the times and fees in a different style from my computer's?#
They follow the clinic's region: its clock and currency. A 9:00 AM visit is 9:00 AM where the clinic is, wherever you are. A platform administrator sets an organization's region.
Check-in is greyed out or says it opens on the day.#
Check-in opens only on the day of the visit, on the clinic's calendar. Before that, there is nothing to check in to.
I started typing a consultation and lost my page.#
A doctor's notes, medicines, tests and follow-up are saved as they type and come back when the consultation is reopened, with a message saying so.
How do I add a lot of staff or branches at once?#
Administrators can add people, branches, doctors' fees and pharmacies and labs from a spreadsheet. Nothing changes until you have read the preview and confirmed. See the clinic administrator guide.
When something does not open#
"We could not find that page."#
The link is old or mistyped. Choose Go to the start.
"This page could not be shown."#
Choose Try again. If it keeps happening, tell support and quote the Reference shown under the message.
A banner says I am offline.#
Your connection dropped. Changes will not save until it returns; the banner goes away by itself.
Privacy and safety#
Who can see my health records?#
You, and the providers you allowed, for as long as you allow it. Inside a clinic, staff see only what their role needs, and every access is recorded. You can see and withdraw consent under Privacy and consent.
Does thehealint give medical advice?#
No. It helps you find and book care and keeps your records. Every medical decision is made by a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Where are the Terms, Privacy policy and Cookies pages?#
At thehealint.com/terms, /privacy and /cookies, and linked from the bottom of every screen.
